 When will my order be shipped?

 Orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
 Monday to Friday. There are no shipments
 orders on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

 

 How long will it take to receive my order?

 Delivery times depend on the country to which
 you find yourself.

 Europe: 4 to 15 days
 Rest of the world: 10 to 30 days

 

 Delivery tracking

 Orders sent by regular mail are more economical
 for sticker shipments.
 However, this shipping method is not accompanied by a number.

 order. This is why we recommend that you choose a  
parcel delivery with tracking number, because it allows you to
 track your order at any time.

 If you choose delivery by letter without tracking,
 we cannot be held responsible if the Post Office loses
 your order and you do not receive it.

 If your package with tracking number does not arrive,

 The price is calculated based on the weight of your order,

 For some countries, shipping costs may be high,
 but I always choose a carrier that offers prices
 competitive for your shipment.

 

 Customs and taxes

 If you reside outside the European Union, customs fees and  
taxes may be applied by the carrier upon receipt
 of your package. We are not responsible for these charges
 additional.
